Below are detailed instructions on how to process a cancellation or return. The policy begins from the date of purchase.
Once your order has been submitted we will immediately process the order. If you would like to cancel your purchase, we will charge a 6% processing fee. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department at service@cenerius.com. Please ensure you know your order number, your date of purchase.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

The items have not been signed, and the express company can intercept the package.
Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.
If there are any manufacturing defects when the product is fresh out of package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and offering free repair service or sending replacement parts to fix issues, not including issues caused by any personal behaviors. For more details, check our WARRANTY POLICY.
Please kindly note that all accessories are not returnable. Once the parcel has been received, the item cannot be returned. If the parcel is damaged due to violent shipping, or if the product has a product quality defect right out of the box without being used, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days of confirmation or resend a brand new accessory for replacement.

If the express company fail to intercept the package, or you do not reject the parcel when it deliver, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs charged by your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number.
1. For items that are damaged or defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, we are unable to determine the product situation. This return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.
2. Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review and fully inspected at our facility. If the item is found to be defective, we will proceed the repair or replacement.
