Return Policy

Below are detailed instructions on how to process a cancellation or return. The policy begins from the date of purchase. 

Cancellation

Once your order has been submitted we will immediately process the order. If you would like to cancel your purchase, we will charge a 6% processing fee. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service department at service@cenerius.com. Please ensure you know your order number, your date of purchase.

Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

Return Detail

Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:
The items have not been signed, and the express company can intercept the package.
Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.

If there are any manufacturing defects when the product is fresh out of package (not common), we are responsible for troubleshooting, and offering free repair service or sending replacement parts to fix issues, not including issues caused by any personal behaviors. For more details, check our WARRANTY POLICY.

Accessory Returned

Please kindly note that all accessories are not returnable. Once the parcel has been received, the item cannot be returned. If the parcel is damaged due to violent shipping, or if the product has a product quality defect right out of the box without being used, we will issue a full refund within 1-2 working days of confirmation or resend a brand new accessory for replacement.

Return Eligibility

Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
When requesting a return, you will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment within a certain number of days.

NOTE: If a return/cancellation is due to customer error, there will be a 6% processing fee for the return/cancellation.

Return Shipping cost

If the express company fail to intercept the package, or you do not reject the parcel when it deliver, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs charged by your purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number.

Fraud Protection

1. For items that are damaged or defective, the customer MUST provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is malfunctioning. If a customer refuses to or fails to provide videos or photos of a claimed malfunctioning/damaged item, we are unable to determine the product situation. This return will be treated as “buyer’s remorse” and the customer is solely responsible for shipping it back.

2. Once we have received the approved returned item, we will review and fully inspected at our facility. If the item is found to be defective, we will proceed the repair or replacement.

We are unable to deliver to the following regions:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific.

Our warehouses strive to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

The order won't be shipped on Saturday and Sunday, and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped next Monday.

Most products ship from one of our warehouses within the U.S. However, since some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery times may vary. Common carrier deliveries typically range from 2 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping location. If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. Due to force majeure, the shipping time may take longer than normal. Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays.

Tax and Duties

The prices on this website include tax. (No tax charge in the US)

Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.

To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.

We offer the following guarantees on our products.

Warranty

Our Lithium Ion Batteries are covered by a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the auto-registered date of purchase. This Warranty extends to the original buyer for the duration of 10 years.

1. Within 90 days from the date of purchase, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide refund services.
2. More than 90 days from the date of purchase, and within 3 years, If our product fails to work normally, the consumer need assist us in completing all the battery testing, when we both parties confirm that the product has quality problems, we will send the new product to the consumer for free.
3. More than 3 years from the date of purchase, and within 10 years, we provide free after-sales service and maintenance services.
4. If you encounter any problems when using the product, please feel free to contact us through the customer service email (service@cenerius.com), we will provide 24-hour customer service.
5. Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product. If the consumer fails to install, use and maintain the product correctly in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual, which causes serious quality problems in the product, it is not covered by the warranty.

We must ascertain whether the product has gone faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship or misuse/neglect.

Automated Warranty Registration

No warranty registration is needed. Warranties are automatically recorded starting from the date of purchase.

Covered Products

This Warranty covers all battery packs from the “Date Of Purchase” from Cenerius.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

• Improper installation, storage, transportation or use
• Misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, improper charging/installation of our product or negligent handling
• Opened, disassembled, alteration or DIY modification of original product
• Use of non-authorized parts or accessories
• Damage due to over tightening and stripping the terminals.
• Product that was used out of specification, or undersized for the application.
• Misapplied or improperly sized Battery for the application, for example too few Amp Hours for System.
• Exceeding the maximum number of charge/discharge cycles
• Incorrect voltage applied to application.
• Not properly balancing series systems with use of automatic balancer or manual balancing.
• Damage due to improper installation; loose terminal connections, under-sized cabling, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for desired voltage and AH requirements, installing in reverse polarity.
• Environmental damage; inappropriate storage conditions as defined by the Manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures (See website for temperature range).
• Breakage, freezing, wreckage, water damage, melted and broken terminals.
• Damage due to gross negligence
• Accidents, fire, flood or other natural disasters
• Non-compliance with safety instructions and warnings

Please read the Manual prior to installation and charging.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Claim Procedures

In the event of any claim under this warranty, please contact our customer service department. To assist us in processing your claim, you will be asked to provide the following information:
1. A copy of the original invoice or receipt
2. A detailed description of the problem
3. Your contact information

If technical assistance does not resolve the issue and the claim is seemingly covered under warranty, we will send approval for the product be sent back at our facility. Our technical department will test the returned product and determine if the product was affected by the above defects or damage to the Battery arising from any abuse or mishandling of the Battery (“Product”). See list of warranty exclusions located above.

Warranties are for repair, replacement, or substitution only, in Cenerius’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. No representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
