We are unable to deliver to the following regions:

Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces of the Americas, Armed Forces of Europe, Armed Forces of the Pacific.

Our warehouses strive to have orders processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

The order won't be shipped on Saturday and Sunday, and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped next Monday.

Most products ship from one of our warehouses within the U.S. However, since some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery times may vary. Common carrier deliveries typically range from 2 to 5 business days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping location. If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. Due to force majeure, the shipping time may take longer than normal. Our warehouses observe the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving. Shipping companies may observe additional holidays.

Tax and Duties

The prices on this website include tax. (No tax charge in the US)

Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Generally, it works well for our items. However, if you do get taxed in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.

To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.

If you have not received the goods 30 days after the order is shipped, please contact our customer center at service@cenerius.com, and we will check for you whether the package has been lost. If lost, we will resend or refund for you
